01. The Vision

The traditional real estate market is rigid, and the tourist market is ephemeral. In anfitr, we designed a solution that lives in the space in between: medium-term stays. Our vision is to remove barriers for students and mobile professionals, offering a platform where flexibility does not sacrifice security. It's not just a rental app; it's a digital ecosystem designed to make moving to a new city for a few months as easy as booking a hotel room, but with the warmth and legality of a home.

02. 3-Role Ecosystem

To ensure a trusted environment for extended stays, anfitr's business logic orchestrates three profiles with specialized permissions and workflows:

1. Host: Owners who list rooms or apartments. They have an advanced dashboard to manage availability calendars by weeks/months, verify tenant profiles, and automate recurring rent collection.

2. Tenant: Students or professionals looking for flexibility. They can filter by proximity to universities, manage their stay documentation, and make secure deposit and monthly payments.

3. Moderator: An essential administrative role that audits the veracity of properties and user identities, ensuring every listing meets "ready to live" standards.

03. Architecture & Strategy

Hybrid Rendering with Angular 20 (SSR): We implemented the latest Angular 20 capabilities with Server-Side Rendering to ensure ultra-fast load times and optimized SEO allowing each property to be indexed in global search engines.

Recurring Payment Management: Integration of advanced logic for handling security deposits and automated rent subscriptions, reducing administrative friction.

Full Stack Scalability: The Node.js and MongoDB backend allows dynamic data modeling, facilitating the management of complex metadata such as included services, study areas, and real-time system health validations.
